Develop the Leader. Strengthen the Team. Shape the Culture.
We help leaders and teams recognize what’s holding them back and develop better ways to lead, communicate, and work together.
What We Solve
Leadership challenges rarely affect just one person.
Leaders influence how teams communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and experience their work. Even capable, well-intentioned leaders can unintentionally contribute to patterns that create frustration, confusion, and tension. Here are six common challenges we help organizations identify and address:
Unclear Expectations
Conflicting priorities, unclear responsibilities, and constantly changing directions leave employees confused and unsure of what success looks like.
Communication Gaps
Misunderstandings, inconsistent messaging, and unclear handoffs create unnecessary tension, confusion, and avoidable conflict.
Leadership Burnout
When leaders carry too much responsibility, struggle to delegate, or operate in constant urgency, both their effectiveness and their teams can suffer.
Eroding Trust
When people hesitate to speak openly, question how their concerns will be received, or experience inconsistent responses, trust begins to weaken.
Ineffective Feedback
Avoiding difficult conversations or delivering feedback reactively can create defensiveness and missed opportunities for growth.
Culture Breakdown
When unhealthy leadership and team patterns go unaddressed, stress, disengagement, and relational tension can cripple culture.
Every organization is different. That's why our approach is designed to meet leaders and teams where they are and help them make meaningful progress.

About Nicole &
The Creative Level
Hey, I’m Nicole Lucas.
I’m the founder of The Creative Level, a leadership and culture consulting company helping organizations develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and more effective workplace cultures.
For nearly two decades, I’ve led teams, coached leaders, and helped organizations navigate the complexities of leadership, communication, and team development across ministry and marketplace environments.
I hold a degree in leadership with an emphasis in the psychology of leading people. I’m also a certified facilitator of the Six Types of Working Genius and a Certified ScrumMaster. This combination of education, experience, and training allows me to work at both the relational and operational levels of leadership and culture.
One thing I’ve learned is that good intentions and leadership knowledge aren’t enough. What matters is how leaders show up, how they influence the people around them, and whether they’re willing to grow.
My approach combines organizational insight, honest conversations, individualized coaching, and practical development to help leaders recognize blind spots and turn awareness into meaningful behavior change.
When we work together, you can expect:
A consultant who looks beneath the surface to identify the leadership and team dynamics affecting your organization.
A coach who builds trust, asks thoughtful questions, challenges assumptions, and supports meaningful development.
A facilitator who equips teams with practical tools to strengthen communication, collaboration, and accountability.
My goal isn’t simply to help you identify what needs to change. It’s to help you and your team develop the ability to lead and work differently.
LET’S TALK.
Meaningful change starts with an honest conversation. Schedule a free 30-minute conversation to explore three thing:
